Peer Coaching Hub Terms of Service

By using the Peer Coaching Hub web site or becoming a Peer Coaching Hub member (free or paid) you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms of service.

We may update and change the terms of service from time to time without notice and any new features, services, tools and resources, shall be subject to the terms of service set out below.

Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your membership.

You understand and agree that Peer Coaching Hub cannot be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage from your use of the Peer Coaching Hub or the coaching you go through. You agree to use the services at your own risk.

Account Terms

• You must be 16 years and older to become a member
• You must be a human. Accounts created by automated methods are not permitted.
• You must provide your legal full name, your current email address and any other information requested so that we can complete the signup process.
• You may not use the Peer Coaching Hub for any illegal purpose. You must not use the service to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
• A valid credit card is required for paying membership and is billed in advance. Free accounts are not required to provide a credit card number.

Cancellation and Termination

If you want to cancel your membership you need to tell us so. You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting us directly.
Peer Coaching Hub, in its sole discretion, has the right to refuse, suspend or cancel your membership and refuse any and all current or future use of Peer Coaching Hub service, for any reason at any time.

Modifications to Peer Coaching Hub and Prices

We reserve the right at any time to change or cancel, temporarily or permanently Peer Coaching Hub membership or services with or without any notice.
Prices of all membership are subject to change and current prices can be seen on the pricing section of the website.
Peer Coaching Hub shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any service changes, price change, suspension or discontinuance of membership.

Your Safety and Security

Your use of the Peer Coaching Hub is at your own risk. If you sign up to be paired with a peer coach you do so at your own risk. The details you share and if you meet in person with your peer coach you do so at your own risk. Remember, a member may not be who they claims to be, so you need to exercise the same caution you would normally when you meet and speak to people.

Peer Coaching Hub does not have a contractual obligation, responsibility or the technical means to verify the identity of persons who register as a member. It is important that you understand that we cannot advise on who is the best peer coach for you, the onus still remains on you to decide who is right for you; we just provide the options.

General Conditions

You understand that Peer Coaching Hub uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the service.
You must not modify, adapt or hack Peer Coaching Hub or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with us.
You agree not to copy, reproduce, sell, or exploit any portion of Peer Coaching Hub.
Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Peer Coaching Hub customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination.

Peer Coaching Hub does not warrant that (i) the service will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in Peer Coaching Hub will be corrected.
You expressly understand and agree that Peer Coaching Hub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Peer Coaching Hub has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (iii) unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) or any other matter relating to the service.

The failure of Peer Coaching Hub to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the terms of service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The terms of service constitutes the whole agreement between you and Peer Coaching Hub and govern your use of the Peer Coaching Hub, superseding any prior agreements between you and Peer Coaching Hub (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the terms of service).
